The librarian at my daughter's school asked me, yesterday, if I had lost weight and it really showed on my face.
The last time I saw her was in in July right before I joined MFP. I have since lost 11 lbs since then and 13 lbs from my highest weight (in April). I was so happy and excited that she said that. I of course accepted the compliment. It gave me the extra motivation for working out even harder and eating better!
