  • I saw a great podiatrist and they made custom otthotics for me and it took several months of wearing them everyday but that was almost 10 years ago and I havn't had a pain since.:smile:

  • first off you are not eating enough calories, you need fuel to burn the furnace. if you lose it to fast you will gain it back guanteed!! try about 1500 calories and exercise 5 times a week at least 30 minutes and the weight will come off. make sure you are drinking enough water.:wink:
