Hello I am a newbie from Knoxville. I am on a s l o w journey to get health. I am a wife, mother (2 daughters and one fur baby),mother in law and grandmother to 3 very special granadkids. (2 boys 5&17months and one princess 4yrs). My world revolves around them. Gotta lose a lot ove weight over 60lbs. Was resently told I was pre diabetic and with it in the family genes, I dont want to wind up on meds or worse shots. Well that is pretty much me in a nut shell

    welcome feel free to add me 10 years ago my mom was diagnosed with diabetes and it was a huge wake up call for me. I lost 85 # and got on the excercise band wagon. have been struggling with ups and downs . but m ymotivation is my mom who doesn't seem to care she is diabetic . today is the first day of the rest of your healthy life.:flowerforyou:
