This. I have a dark chocolate bar in my cupboard and I only eat a piece if I *really* want chocolate -- and I find that isn't as much when I know its going to be dark chocolate, lol.

I think so. :) Missing in screenshot is 1/8th of an onion...

For me, it depends what time I wake up. If I get up early (@5:30am) I just have a very small glass of orange juice with my iron supplement, and then eat breakfast right afterwards (I also only workout for 30 mins). If I don't get up until later, I have to eat first, or I'll get light headed.

I microwave an egg (beaten) into my oatmeal, and top with vanilla greek yogurt. Sometimes I add cinnamon. Delish!

I'm having a bean medley in a quinoa/peppers/onion/avocado dressing salad for lunch today -- I'm looking forward to it! I also make my own hummus (no olive oil needed). I also make chocolatecoveredkatie.com's black bean brownies (no flour) -- they are AMAZING, my kids eat them up! LOVE beans. I have made my own, but now I…

Hi all -- just coming back to this to remind myself that my progress is SLOW and STEADY, and not to be discouraged when I see others drop weight more quickly. Six weeks into my 8-week workout program and I'm down 4 lbs... with my calories are set at 0.5 lbs/week (and I'm often over), I really can't complain... but…

I have some Oakley pants that I love!! They have great workout tops too with built in sports bras and loose tanks over. I bought mine 50% off in February so hoping for a similar deal this spring! ETA: my butt is the flattest part of me (for now) and it hasn't been as issue with the Oakley pants.

Thanks for this! This one was asking $60, which is too much IMO for a 2 year old model. There is a "never opened" for $80... (I offered $60 but didn't get a response). I may go with a Zip for now... may be able to get one "new in box" for $40. Saving the sales tax makes a difference here too. If I love it then I'll upgrade…

I just responded in another thread with the same answer... Fitnessblender.com has a Booty Bootcamp program for only $6.99! The workouts are on YouTube and are free themselves, you are just paying for the program schedule really, and that's a good deal. You can do it in your own home. I'm doing their 8-week Fat Loss program…

I love this! Fantastic effort OP!! I'm coming along (slowly) behind you... 6 weeks in to this attempt, and 4lbs down. I'd be happy with another 5-10lbs, but I'll get there happily at my own pace without making radical or unsustainable changes. I'm working out 5-6 days a week and I'm seeing/feeling a difference, even if no…
