Thank you to everyone. I am excited for my new life. I still have 40 lbs to get to my goal weight and I am trying, weight loss has really slowed down right now, but I am going to stick to my plan and take it day by day. I can do this. I wil do this.

Thanks everyone, I have called the office 4 times this week (almost every day) no phone call back, uggh. I may increase without permission, this week I advance to normal food (from soft food) and I think that it may be easier to get in more calories, right now I struggle to eat 600....

I like 100 cal. whole wheat high fiber wrap 3oz turkey 3oz ham .5oz cheese 1/2 c lettuce I heat the turkey and the ham prior to placing it in the wrap, it melts the cheese and there is no need for mayo about 290cals and super filling

lately I have been starting my day with 2 strips of turkey bacon 1/2 cup egg mates .5 oz cheese and a 100 calorie high fiber wheat wrap makes a yummy breakfast and its 260 cal keeps me full for about 5 hrs

I spoke with my diatitician about this, she told me the following: If you eat back the calories that you burn from working out you will not loose weight as quickly. Every pound you loose is a result of a certain number of calorie deficit per day. If your calorie deficit is higher you will loose weight more quickly.

I know that MFP has alot of them on here. You simply put the restraunt name and the food choice that you are looking at in and search and most likely it will popup for you.

check out your sodium intake, if your sodium is higher than 2200 it could cause you not to loose weight. There is a hidden column on MFP that you can add to track it.

I went to dietary today and they told me something I never would have guessed. If your sodium is above 2k a day you will not loose any weight. Can you imagine, you can work out and eat less yet not loose a pound. You may want to try tracking it on here, there is a field that you can put in your profile to track it for you.

I am a complete soda addict! I am slowly attempting to switch my diet soda for diet caffine free as well as crystal light. I hate and I mean hate water! it makes me gag. We also bought a soda fountain, it allows you to make your own soda, and you can slowly get yourself from regular to diet by mixing the two mixes together…
