I'm talking about the foods that you've logged, that pop up when you hit the "add food"....the recent & frequent foods. I cannot figure out how to get rid of all of them.

I would absolutely love to be your friend on MFP! Reading this post, it greatly mirrored myself! I'm at around 205lbs, and would like to lose about 70lbs. Lost about 20lbs, a couple years ago, gained it back plus about another 25 more!

I'm a stay at home mom and I find that this is easy for me.........I keep a half cup measuring cup right by my sink & when I go there, I fill that "1/2" cup twice!! I find it easier to make my 8 cups a day that way. I can always down 2 "1/2" cups. It seems like alot less that looking at a bottle of water. Power of…

I have it too....terrible pain. Mine hurts worst in the morning & after working out. My doc gave me a **** of Ketalog(sp?)...anyway the **** hurt like hell!!! Given right in the arch of my feet!! It did help though - immensely!! And I did the towel stretches & frozen water bottle rolls too!! Good luck....it certainly isn't…
