Deleting Foods

I just started using MFP again, and I would like to delete all the foods that I've logged in the past & completly start over. Is there a way to do this?... I've looked but can't seem to find a way. I hope there is!!! Thanks so much in advance! ☺

You'd have to individually delete each food on every day... sounds like a waste of time to me.0

I'm talking about the foods that you've logged, that pop up when you hit the "add food"....the recent & frequent foods. I cannot figure out how to get rid of all of them.0
