It says to weigh 75g for each person and then put it in a pot and add water etc. So I think it means to weigh it uncooked? Does it seem right to be only 89 calories or no? There was so much rice I actually had only a little more than half of it.

The second day I weighed myself for a reason then I was curious if my weight was staying the same today, so I will weigh myself daily if I like and if it's upon certain circumstances.

Pretty sure those calories were from fattening, greasy foods. Otherwise she wouldn't be dieting now.

Try adding a glass of orange juice or milk with your lunch. That's a good way to get calories up and it'll leave you refreshed.

I assume this comes under the same symptoms of ADHD? I suffer from ADHD. It may affect my mood to exercise or to be motivated without realising as it changes your mood a lot so it may affect weight loss.
