  • I am late to the game but this is my goal for the month! Weigh in dates: SW: 224 (from early May - I know I gained a pound or two but I didn't weigh in the beginning of the month) 06/06 Sat: 223.8 (as of 5 June) 06/13 Sat: 06/20 Sat: 06/27 Sat: End of the month(06/30 Tuesday): Goal is to count EVERY calorie for 6 weeks and…
  • I am sending you a friend request! I work the same kind of job and my current goal is a 1/2 marathon in Jan.
  • see if they would entertain my kids for a few so i could move laundry/do dishes!
  • sure ... as long as they are active
  • Personally we told close family between 8 and 10 weeks (via phone). We didnt make an announcement via facebook till after 20 weeks (when we had the gender ultrasound). I told my boss/coworkers at about 6 weeks because they were worried about me (morning sickness had started to kick in).
  • I dont really notiec a weight difference for myself when its AF time. Plus I also firmly believe in the regiment... weigh in every week once a week. No matter what!
  • I highly recommend a lot of the advice here. Talk to your dr (or OBGYN). Continue to work hard at losing weight but also go NPNT (no more birth control just letting nature do its thing). You can have a baby at 29 (and being 260). women do it all the time. You can do it that heavy and still have no complications! If you…
  • Weighing in for the week! Lost 1.5lbs this week. So I am at total of 7.1lbs lost in the last 5 weeks. I am happy! Hoping for 1lb loss this week
  • Thats great Alicia. Weighing in today... I am happy to report that 4 weeks in, I have lost 5.6 pounds!
  • I am up .5lbs. I slacked this week. I am back on track.
  • checking in for the week! I dropped 2lbs this past week. I made sure to eat pretty well since exercise wasnt in the schedule (due to getting a schedule figured out).
  • Started at 203.9 and down to 201.9 today!
  • I am 202.6 and my goal is 6 pounds in 6 weeks.
  • I am down!
  • Ronya - The day we were being discharged I had a complete breakdown and asked the nurse why they were letting us leave when I had no clue what I was gonna do with this baby. 4 weeks later, I still have moments where I feel like that. Dont stress about it.
  • Welcome to all the new people! Susie is starting to sleep for 3-4 hour blocks which makes me super happy. We have had people "helping" us with the baby since she is born. Bf went back to work today and I was happy to try out my first day alone with the baby. She has been wonderful until 6pm when she commenced with a 2 hour…
  • Hugs to everyone! She is still not showing any signs of wanting to leave the belly. So tomorrow it is. I hope Julie and Maria have their babies soon too! Rachael is right there now too! I dont think I will have any way of posting while in the hospital but I will post as soon as we get home. Jen - I am glad things are ok.…
  • Melissa - I considered my days a win in terms of eating if I didnt get sick and throw up, so I am not the best person to ask. Anne - Hopefully dinner wont make you too sick. Have a good time.
  • I needed an upbeat thing after that apt. My sister finished the photos from my second maternity photo shoot. They were all pics of me and bf together. She did such a good job. So I updated my profile photo.
  • Another craptastic apt. I went from 1 fingertip to 1 cm. Thats it. So it looks like Sat is going to be the day. I have to be at the hospital at 7am. I got the feeling from the dr its going to be a LONG day for me. Her head is not engaged at all (she can move it around as much as she wants still). I felt like we were…
  • HUGS Katrina Hooray for a date Rachael. I have an apt tomorrow to see if I have made any progress. Bf cant go with, since he is gonna squeeze in a day of work (since we are just sitting around waiting at this point).
  • welcome to new people btw! And julie ... I am so worried I am gonna flip out and get very hysterical at being told I need a c-section. I havent even tried to mentally prepare myself for that. Elizabeth - good luck with your wedding! Maria - sorry about your contractions. I noticed I have really bad/painful ones at night…
  • mathjulz - I am mentally worn out (as well as physically). I have been trying hard to do whats best for baby, and do all the natural things to get her to come. I had a lot of contractions Sunday night into Monday night. I was so hopefully and expecting we would be in the hospital on Tuesday but today there was NOTHING. The…
  • crossing my fingers for you maria! Back from the mall... I am so tired and sore now. But no contractions... lots of down pressure though. Bf is mad at me that i ended up taking a 2 hour phone call from work. He doesnt understand the commitment/obligation I feel towards my job. I
  • Danielle - Baby S loves to hide from the dr. They all have a REALLY hard time finding her heartbeat cause she moves around once they get the doppler out. I giggle. She has kicked the dr before too! I logged in hoping to hear that Julie or Maria had a baby... but no luck. Off to walk the mall maybe get her moving and…
  • Last night I had to sleep on the couch. It felt good to get some sleep but also kinda depressing knowing bf is upstairs sleeping (I guess lonely was more the term). I have been having a lot more contractions/pains but nothing consistent still.
  • Rachel - the room is so cute!
  • Lots of random contractions since yesterday after the ball game. Bf is hopeful something is gonna happen. We walked the mall for like an hour today to get me some exercise (given the awful heat here). But still no progression. I have an apt on Thursday and my induction is scheduled. I will be induced Sat at 8am.
  • Hugs Rachael!
  • Julz - I would count walking the mall as exercise (and may actually be partaking in that form next week). Hooray for finding a swimsuit on sale. Mel - I was thinking the same thing about Julie. No baby here yet... Today we are going to see a baseball game at nats park. I am not really looking forward to sitting outside all…
