I am late to the game but this is my goal for the month!
Weigh in dates:
SW: 224 (from early May - I know I gained a pound or two but I didn't weigh in the beginning of the month)

Yep totally gained a lb. What the heck. I will hit it harder. I set a goal 15 lbs in 5 months. So I need to only get to 136 this month. Way more realistic for my lifestyle anyway. 5 lbs would rock though. Definitely worth the shot

Excited to try this. Perhaps it will help me stay on track during my two week vacation in Europe...
Don't worry @tkiefe01 , I went up to 142 before I started coming down... Part of that wss just figuring out how to count calories right, and also getting to know what works for my own body. You'll do great!

It wouldn't let me edit my original post? Anyways I'm 116.8 now. So I lost 3.2 lbs I ate pretty crappy(although I stayed under calories) and skipped a day of cardio. But I did walk more, and sometimes rode the stationary bike twice a day. And ate less salt this week.0 -

I've been on a plateau and need some help folks! I want so bad to be out of the 200's and I have been teetering here for the last 2 months or so...never going below 203. THIS IS THE MONTH!! I'm going to do this!!
I weigh at my work on Friday mornings...so that will be the weight I enter in on these Saturday dates.

When i was a part of a weight loss group at work, I always wore the same clothes on weigh in day so there would be no flucuations due to clothing! lol0
