Don't worry @tkiefe01 , I went up to 142 before I started coming down... Part of that wss just figuring out how to count calories right, and also getting to know what works for my own body. You'll do great!

It wouldn't let me edit my original post? Anyways I'm 116.8 now. So I lost 3.2 lbs I ate pretty crappy(although I stayed under calories) and skipped a day of cardio. But I did walk more, and sometimes rode the stationary bike twice a day. And ate less salt this week.0 -

I've been on a plateau and need some help folks! I want so bad to be out of the 200's and I have been teetering here for the last 2 months or so...never going below 203. THIS IS THE MONTH!! I'm going to do this!!
I weigh at my work on Friday mornings...so that will be the weight I enter in on these Saturday dates.

When i was a part of a weight loss group at work, I always wore the same clothes on weigh in day so there would be no flucuations due to clothing! lol0 -

Good luck everybody with this month. I can't believe it I went weeks without losing or gaining weight and then I weigh myself early today and I have lost 3.4lbs and altogether I have lost 13.4lbs it feels so good and just before I do the race for life as well. This is the first time in three years that I have been below 13st. I am so happy.0 -
