My Daughters name is Velocity and when i have another girl i want to name her Liberty. :)

We just did our exercise together she is go momma go then replied we r doing a good job, good job momma..gotta love the lil ones best motivators ever.

Thanks i really am having a hard time but i really want this. I want to be health and beautiful again but mostly healthy for my daughter she maybe be 2 now but eventually she is going to wanna do things together and i wanna be able to do what she wants, I pray this time i can get it .. also i think i am putting the scales…

Totally agree 2 year olds r a handful...I have a 2 year old and yeah u really just have to cuddle love n ignore that's basically all u can do...When she is napping maybe lay her down with a dvd of some sort ...potty training was easy for me bc i let her take potty chair where ever she felt comfortable with it first started…

Biggest Loser is a pretty good workout.

I been using about a month and i am in same boat seems like i am doing something wrong and i exercise for atleast 30 minutes to an hour everyday when i can.

I was going through some pics of me right before hubby died when I weighted 135 now here i am sitting at 179 thinking what the heck did I do to get here..Yeah been there done that now trying to lose it n it seems far fetched. Good Luck hun we can do this

OMG!! I seen this last week and i was like WOW.. Yeah those girls r awesome to have that much confidence but not me wish i could say that.. They r actually beautiful women too.. My reason is to build self- esteem and get off meds so health I should say and Biggest reason is for my baby whom i want to be healthy for.
