I have one and love it!!! I am a runner and it gets a bit wacky if I am running fast but I still love it. The reports from fitbit are awesome and motivational. I always find myself striving for the next 1,000 steps at the end of the day. Get one. You will love it too.

See a doctor in case you have asthma. I have asthma and in addition to using an inhaler, I put a Cliff ShotBlock between my cheek and teeth (So I can suck on it without swallowing it on an inhale). Ran 3.5 miles on the dreadmill this morning. Yay. It felt sooo good to run. I am going to run my half marathon in September. My goal is a 2 hour half marathon by my bday. We can all run. Lets get out there!

Heart rate monitors are really good. Celebrate the slim feeling, inches lost, and the pounds that came off. It helps to recognize those things as well as the weightloss.
