I have a milkshake machine so I will try this. I like the taste of fruit/berries but the texture of it grosses me out so if I can get it to the texture of a milkshake it might work. I just started taking a multivitamin a few days ago.

thanks for the honey suggestion. My friend is a beekeeper and I have a good stock of natural honey that I keep here bc it fights allergies in springtime but I haven't had any in months. I may try just a little of that when the sweet cravings hit.

I get hungrier after exercising too. I am trying to find something to help curb appetite a bit. I have a bad sweet tooth. I think the reason women have a harder time is because of our hormones. I know that time of the month I end up eating almost twice as much foods that isn't good for me

That is what I'm thinking. It's unfair to ask him to change bc of what I'm doing. I came across this yesterday too. I took a 60 minute group power class at the gym. It's not possible to keep up with how much weight and how many reps to enter. I entered mine as circuit training.

no you didnt offend me. You are correct. Part of my reason for making these changes is bc yes i am passing this on to my kids. thanks for the advice. My approach to my diet so far has been to eat the same things but smaller portion sizes and I definitely cut WAY back on the snacking (pre-diet I was eating a half a bag of oreos or chips at 3 in the morning) I am staying within my calorie allowance every day but it is leaving me REALLY hungry I do…

I think weekly is recommended but I do the wii fit program every day with the balance board and weighing yourself every day is part of that.
