I did WW from Sept-Jan. I lost a total of 9. Within the first two weeks of mfp I lost 4 . WW takes a lot of your time and MONEY! They changed the plan to P+, which MANY people had trouble with, seemed like no one was losing, including myself. To each their own, but in my opinion, MFP is the way to go. If you are truly…

Well, by bikini season, I ment for us girls and obviously the guys are involved cuz they wanna look good for the girls in the hot pink bikinis!! Or, your speedo! ;) I am so ready to wear a bikini and my hubby think I'm a hot wife! :)

Thank you for the motivation!! Truly inspiring. I completed all 90 days of p90x so I'm no quitter, but I really want to lose some major lbs!!! I know it's a long term thing so I will try to finish Insanity and keep going from there. Thank ya!!!

Yeah I'm completely at fault for even thinking it is ok for the sodas and sugar. But hey....I'm not gonna lie, I like to eat. That is my main source of problems. But for the cofidence and health, I am totally willing to give up those poisons to the body. And totally in for OCCASIONAL cheats. I really want to reach my goal…

I have 2 weeks left of the 90 day program. Overall I have lost 19 pounds and can tell a huge difference in my clothes. I went from a size 14 dress to 8. It is pretty intense, but well worth it! As soon as I'm done with this round I am going to start again!!

I think I'm a core syn girl. I like that it works everything and i leave with dripping sweat! yoga is not my favorite by any means...i skip it..whoops. I'm on my 3rd week of Phase 3.
