Day 27 done

Forgot to do arms today. I will try and make up for it later. My arms do look a little more toned. Only if I could get the eating thing down, I would be golden.:grumble:

Day 21 done. I noticed my right arm looks more toned then my left. I guess I should be happy I am toning.

I made up for yestarday. Completed day 10:noway: It hurt but I got it gone.

Day 7 is done. I started doing my punches on a twist board so I can still work my abs. I think it makes it easier because it doesn't feel like exercise.

Day 6 done. As it gets harder I've been spliting everything into 2 sets. Everyone keep up the good/hard work and enjoy your weekend.:happy:

I have to get back on track. Went on vacation and have not been logging my food. I did get some time to exercise but did not log it. Result no weight loss.

Day 21 done for me. Everyone still in the is amazing. There are some days I tell myself I am done as the numbers get higher but then I overcome that thought and do it anyway.

Day 17 completed message to mayonie1: you still need a rest day so your muscles can recover. Abs need rest to. You can keep going even when the month ends.

That's a great idea. We've started in the middle, move our way to the top and maybe October can be saved for legs and butt.

Jusr finished workout for 30 mins. Did what I was suppose to do yestarday. Thought this was going to become easier as I do it. Thought wrong
