  • DId it, Doing it, Love it.... It sucks but the burn is something serious. been doing it for 5 months off & on, with a few dvd's of p90x & old school taebo with weights. I am down about 20 lbs.
  • I'm 5'10 and large frame (7" wrist) and by text book I should be 175lbs. I remember that size in college and high school ( running, & playing basketball,etc.) I don't want to look like that.... I just want to be down another 20lbs. Keeping it at 200..... Am I wrong?
  • Hi, I live in Grovetown (outside of Fort Gordon). I am not military but still trying to watch my equator line all the same. I love this website and I am also doing insanity work out bc I run short on time to make it to a gym before I pick up the kids. :smile:
