@LucyVan I think you will enjoy them. Kristin if you can find a few minutes at all they really don't take any more than 8 minutes and sometimes as little as 5 :) Anyway week 1 Thursday done. Ok. So I have started this . Week 1 Monday and Tuesday done. I didn't get my measurements done though so will do That in the morning. @OregonRunner5 I have not tried your link yet but I will soon. Okay - so day 1 Friday and I exceeded by 2 Litres of water intake. So very happy with that. Hope you all are having a great day :smiley:

Sounds good Kristin. I am struggling with my water intake so I am going to undertake to have at least 2L of water Fri and Sat, my Thursday is almost over as it is 23:15 here. And Sunday is my birthday so I'm not sure how that will finish up ;)
