YES!!!! I can't handle a cheat meal every week. I'm going to alternate treat or meal every other week. It's hard to put crap food in your body when you aren't used to eating it.

I love asparagus as well. My favorite way is roasted until crispy with just a bit of sea salt. I also like it with a balsamic reduction or with some fresh shredded asiago cheese. When i feel like cheating a bit i love wrapping it in a bit of proscuitto and baking it :)

As far as videos you should add some pilates into the mix :) Does the gym offer any kind of classes? Mix it up to keep it fun :)

I suffered from torticollis several months ago and now having this problem on a daily basis. I've been workign with a massage therapist and it's making a big difference.

Sounds to me like shin splints. Take A couple days off. Soak in some Epson salts and put some ice on them:)

I called my doctor and she told me to take benedryl. After 11 very painful hours the pain is a little better. Never reach in to a pepper to get the seeds out. Lol. After I took the benedryl I fell asleep with my hand in a bucket of cold water.
