Alright ladies! Tomorrow I am back on the band wagon. Doctor got everything cleared up today and am I am back on regular work outs just not allowed to cut calories anymore. So goal for this week to excersise Thurs fri sat and sun. Thanks for the encouragement ladies!!

I was awful today. Husband does not want me walking at night right now because there is a black bear in our neighborhood. :( But I stayed under calories I was just hoping to complete the 15 mi challenge this week. I burned 286 calories walking this morning. I have so far this week walked 8 miles... wow never thought that would happen! But I feel great stayed within my calories. Well I stayed within my calories today and burned 570calories, so far this week I have walked 6mi. I am warming myself up to doing 15-20 mi next week. I love hearing how well everyone is doing!!!! Hope the rest of this week is as productive as today!

Ok we had a heavy down pour today! Which I still found time to burn 281calories by doing 2 miles today! I hope tomorrow to do 4-6 miles but weather is still suppose to be yucky! Stayed in my calorie limits and really enjoyed eating sausge peppers and onions!!! YUM~

I stayed on calorie range today and finally walked! I burned 150something calories today which really made me move! But had to stop because my 9 year old step daughter was tired and did not want to walk anymore... I probably could have gone another 15-30mins. As for my dress...
