I love soup and seafood. They have been my saving grace for the past week! Everything else I have tried makes me vomit. My doc says I need to try to start incorporating red meat into my diet again but it is proving to be too harsh. How do you all prepare your red meat dishes so they don't feel stuck in your chest?

Congrats! And welcome! I had that pain too (I am 1 month post-op) and it was the worst feeling. Once I started walking around the house I started feeling so much better! Take everything slow. Everyone told me the first couple of weeks were the hardest part and they were so right! Hang in there! :-)

I love both WW and MFP for different reasons. I use both the WW online and the meetings. I love my group! A bunch of nutty people and while I love my MFP community sometimes it helps keep motivated to see the people in the same struggle as you face to face. I also like weighing in. I am 5'11" here and I LOVE heels. I broke my foot October 2010 and haven't been able to wear them since. My doc says I should be able to wear them with no problem once I lose weight. I am using that as motivation...lol!
