I truly think all soda is terribly bad and I get very bloated from them but I do drink coke zero vanilla or cherry and also I like diet vanilla pepsi or diet pepsi. If you are going to drink a soda and dont want calories that's the way to go even though i dont think it's "better' than a full soda.

I am doing it right now. I wasted my money. I have to take 30 supplements total a day, eating nothing but fruits and veggies for 10 days before I can add meat back in, and i'm starving. Don't do it. It'd a waste of a lot of money. The only reason I am sticking with it is because I spent so much money on it.

I just did the Mean Green recipe from pinterest which is almost identical to the one you posted and I LOVED it. It tasted like a treat and you cannot taste the spinach at all that I put in it! So good and I am still full 3 hours later.
