Oops, I realised I already mentioned the name of it up there. I just googled it. I paid for a month, sent off an email asking for it to start on the 10th. Works well for me because I finish on the 10th of December and am spending 1 week holiday with my friend who I haven't seen for a few good years!

I used to use 1MR and the stuff made me exceptionally happy! haha I use dfine8 and I feel it doesn't really do anything for me =/ but surely anything that doesn't come straight from the ground in to your stomach can't be good for you. They're all made in labs so that can't be good.

Well I have 4 weeks until I leave Perth so I hope to lose some fat. I am not aiming for muscle gain because I believe I have plenty under this holiday pudge (I returned from a long holiday earlier this year) Hope to lose around 4kgs over 4 weeks! ^_^

I made myself a turkey salsa soup last night and loved it :D so I think I'll make it again tonight! I used chicken stock, diced tomatos, onion, diced turkey, chilli powder with a pinch of salt and stevia. Yummm! ^_^

Wholemeal if you really have to... Try Saffron Extract pills. They help me with carb cravings somewhat.

Why don't you try spacing out small meals over the day? Keep your metabolism spinning. That's what I have always done. I try to consume no more than 250/300 calories every 3 hours. My usual day is 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm, 8pm-bed time. That works out to be 1250 - 1500 daily. I avoid carbs from 5pm onwards. I…

I can't remember the last time I drank soda that had sugar in it. I drink diet soda although yes yes, diet is bad for you because of all the chemicals... but it's certainly helped with weight loss. Usually I'd get the garden salad with chicken. I don't add extra dressing as the basting on the chicken tends to add enough flavour to it on it's own :) I would either get that or chicken tenderloins with corn... if it's a meal then I always get water or a Coke Zero.

I find it more challenging when there are heaps of guys in the weight section and I strutt my stuff in there and show them that I too can bench press and do weighted squats! It actually pushes me to take on more weight than I'd usually do... just to show them that I too am strong :) Guys like that!

Am trying to find ways of avoiding temptation though. I keep chewing gum with me always, I drink lots of tea, diet soda... and the most helpful of ideas has been this one - leaving my money at home. No money = no buying crap food!
