What's for dinner?

The plan was to thaw some cooked steak I have here in the freezer at work and have a steak stir fry. But they had racks of ribs on sale at Harvey's, so.......
Ribs, green beans, stir fry veggies, sweet potato fries and a cup of mixed fruit. {strawberry, peach, mango and pineapple}
Anyone wanting to check out my "what's for supper???" thread on another site, here is the link, http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/rural-living/288289-whats-supper.html
It has lots of pictures and a few recipes.

Taco Salad....
5 Cups - romaine lettuce (washed and cut)
4 oz. - ground turkey breast (cooked with a bit of garlic & chili powder)
60 oz. - light marble cheese
2 Tbsp. - light sour cream

My lunch is my dinner, but I had spaghetti with noodles. I had to relearn portions so that now I can have it in the right portion that works for my body. I used to eat until I felt sleepy and laying on the couch type of satisfied.0

No, that doesn't sound weird at all. The only things I would add are bacon and potato chips on top. Getting to goal and getting fit EARN us those great meals! Everyone can eat those delicious meals, but they can't do it without un-earning those calories first!0 -
Cioppino (Salmon, clams, shrimp, and scallops in a spicy tomato sauce. Perfection.) Plus a small salad on the side.0

I have no idea what we'll have tonight. Right now I'm leaning toward penne pasta with a spicy tomato venison sauce. Or maybe grilled grouper and a quinoa salad.
Our freezer, fridge and pantry are pretty well stocked at the moment so I'm just not sure, except that it won't be chicken. We've had chicken for the past 2 nights and since i bring leftovers for lunch, that's 4 meals of chicken in 2 days.0 -
Lentil potage I made last night in my slow cooker, along with a few pieces of lemon cilantro grilled chicken. Can't wait X30

I love the recipes on www.skinnytaste.com
Last night I made the Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna Rolls, which were a huge hit. I think I'll have leftovers for dinner. A little time consuming, but so worth the effort. Only 227 Calories per serving (1 roll).
Also made the Kalyn's Stuffed Cabbage Casserole. Delicious!
It's nice to have extra to take for lunch a couple of days.0 -
Last night I made chicken pot pie in a cast iron skillet - it was amazing! I've never made chicken pot pie before, not sure I've ever even eaten it! Eating the leftovers for lunch - winner winner chicken dinner!0
