Got a craving for tuna, the canned kind, so I made up a tuna salad last night. (I always like it to sit overnight in the fridge to let the flavors meld.) So tonight I am doing tuna melts. YUM!
FYI: I worked and RE-WORKED today's food log last night so that I could fit it in with my macro-goals. Woot! I bit over here, a bit under there, but Woot!!!! I'm having a tuna melt for dinner with lots of onion and the yummy cheese that I like best! Note: I always do my food log the night before so that I plan the plan then work the plan. The few times that I haven't done it this way I get to 3 or 4 in the afternoon and have to cut myself off for the rest of the day....not fun!0 -

I am intrigued by this - sounds like a kid-oriented meal. Do you just crush the cheerios and use them like bread crumbs? Bake the nuggests? And what is in the blueberry dipping sauce?0 -
I've got a whole chicken in the oven, sweet potatoes, a salad and some broccoli.0
