    First off, congrats on your weight loss! Second would you add me as I need some help figuring out cals etc and by the looks of what you're doing us working and you still get to eat yummy things!

    Tonight it's pan-fried tilapia (dredged in whole-wheat flour w/a pinch of cayenne pepper, garlic powder, sea salt, pepper) with a side of steamed asparagus (w/lemon-pepper seasoning) and some brown rice.

    Sunday was a blackened grouper sandwich on cheddar jalapeno baguette with guacamole and a side of sauteed squash and zucchini.

    Monday was fennel garlic pork chops in the slow cooker with mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans.

    Tonight my husband is out of town so probably grilled cheese and tomato soup with the kids. :)

    Thank you thank you thank you! I have an enormous ebay of red lentils from costco I am trying to use up. Sounds scrumptious.
