Salmon - baked so it's juicy and the skin is crispy. Either gonna be on rice with broccoli, carrots and capsicum, or maybe potato chips. Not sure.

Thai chicken curry with brown rice (or maybe shiritake noodles, if I don't quit snacking).

Got a craving for tuna, the canned kind, so I made up a tuna salad last night. (I always like it to sit overnight in the fridge to let the flavors meld.) So tonight I am doing tuna melts. YUM!
FYI: I worked and RE-WORKED today's food log last night so that I could fit it in with my macro-goals. Woot! I bit over here, a bit under there, but Woot!!!! I'm having a tuna melt for dinner with lots of onion and the yummy cheese that I like best! Note: I always do my food log the night before so that I plan the plan then work the plan. The few times that I haven't done it this way I get to 3 or 4 in the afternoon and have to cut myself off for the rest of the day....not fun!

New York steak. I had to have it in small tortillas since I was running low on calories. :(

I am intrigued by this - sounds like a kid-oriented meal. Do you just crush the cheerios and use them like bread crumbs? Bake the nuggests? And what is in the blueberry dipping sauce?
