  • monitoring my sodium has made a big difference. Too stay below 2300 mg of sodium, you have to eat healthier and really watch the processed junk. Mine was by choice but for my mother it was not, due to a heart condition. Together we are both losing and eating better, most of the time....:)

  • I would say get some dumbbells and a copy of 30 day shred and go for it. It makes for a great work out, as it gets easier increase the weight of the dumbbells you are using. You can also find cheap home gyms and treadmills on craigslist. Hope this helps.
  • You may want to do additional stretching after you are done with your 30ds. I do calf stretches, side stretches and longer leg stretches. I suggest especially to do the calf stretches as that sounds like the area the has been stressed. Hope this helps.

  • I wear a heart monitor, so what I did was create my own exercise and called it 30 day shred and recorded my first day results. Other have used cross training.
