Another salt question

I keep track of the sodium on my log for the foods I eat, but don't add in anything for the salt I add to foods. Should I be adding in those packets that I use? How would you do that? Thanks.

You will want to add that as it does not seem like a lot but adds up. I was surprised at how much salt is in the food I eat and found most food does not need salt added. I will add pepper some times if it need something.0

If you're tracking sodium you definitely should log it. It's under "table salt" in the database. I'm not sure how much I'd put for a couple of shakes of the salt shaker, but if you're using the packets it can be quite a bit.0

Thanks. My log just became ugly...
I guess I need to do some altering of how I eat.0
