AMAZING! I just started lifting and can't wait to post results!

I too struggle with 3rd. I work nights and never am able to get enough sleep but my biggest down fall is sweets. All I want is carbs like doughnuts and sweet cereal and all the stuff I am not suppose to be eating all the time. If I could just get control of the cravings I would be okay.

My name is Lenore and I don't know if I can really say I am a nurse yet. I passed my NCLEX 3 weeks ago and am currently looking for a job. I currently work night at a hospital as a tech/aid. Since working nights I have gained sooo much weight mainly because of just craving bad food and not being able to say no. Any advice…

Exactly. Example: Doritos Serving Size: 28 g (about 15), Calories: 120 well some chips are bigger than others or broken if you don't weigh out the ounce then how do you know you have the correct calorie count.

260 :-( Which makes me sad. I was down to 239 last summer but then I started working 3rd shift. New to low carb but not eating right and exercise. I started low carb to get my sugar addiction under control. Today was my first real day of induction and I managed to stay at 20 net carbs. The next 2 weeks are going to be…

I have found my ft60 to be quite accurate. If I imput all my food and cardio my weight is usually pretty close to what the numbers say. If I had a 7000 calorie deficit for the week according to mfp I can bet I will have lost around 2lbs some times more but I dont use it for strength training.

Might be the accountability I need! I graduate the first week of June and I would like to be 30lbs lighter. I am very new to low carb. I have been working at it only I few days trying to get a feel for it before I start induction for atkins on Monday.

I had a left over shake and bake chicken breast, raw green bell pepper and cucumber dipped in southwest ranch.

I am they same! I work 7p-7:30a 2-3 day a week. When the cafeteria opens at the hospital around 5am I always go down to get coffee and I fight with myself not to get a doughnut or 2. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose. It seems the longer I have been awake the more likely I am to get 2. I just keep telling myself that…

I get a lot of my stuff from volunteers of america and goodwill. If you go to some of the nicer areas you can get practically new stuff really cheap.
