You don't have to exercise all week... just exercise today. And then just exercise the next day. And then... I find it helps if I tell someone my exercise plan. Then I feel like I have to follow through or they might call me on it.

If I were going to drink breakfast I'd go for milk instead of OJ. Protein vs. sugars. I also keep FiberOne chewy bars on hand. 150 calories or so, and 9 g of fiber.

You could try: Occasionally blow it. Eat whatever you want. Go way over. I have a friend who calls it a "screw it" day. Then go back to being good. I don't know what your physical condition was before you started your boot camp - if you are adding a lot of muscle then it's possible to lose inches but still gain a little weight. Do you have someone here to be accountable to? It helps me not to eat that extra chocolate if I'll have to report it to my weight loss buddy. It helps if you can find someone to exercise with, too.
