  • I would like to join this challenge. I am looking for a nice support group. I will post in the morning.
  • Who's the MFP champion......................we all are champions for being here and working to change our health and lifestyle!!! Who lost the most......................there are definitely some amazing people out there who have made milestones in changing their lives and weight. God bless each and everyone of us…
  • Enjoyed all the progress and success pictures. I am struggling again and love to see how it looks out there with people who are losing. I played the yo-yo game and hope that I can find my passion again. Lots of things going on and no schedule but I wonder if that is just a subconcious excuse. But I keep coming everyday to…
  • Congrats to you. You look amazingly fabulous and so healthy and happy. I read a quote once that went something like: If you want to you can and if not you will just find excuses. Great inspiration girl.
  • How did you get both tickers?
  • How do you make one of the tickers to track your distance? Do you change your weight loss and keep track of miles instead?
  • I am new to this and have been slacking for the last 4 months. I will start on January 5th if I can join and will set a 20 mile goal and hope to go over. It is very cold and I do not have a treadmill, or exercycle. I will try to wear my writst step counter and see what I can do. Hope it is OK to join late.
  • I just want to say congratulations to you. What a wonderful experience you have ahead of you. I have no experienced ideas but I think this program allows you to be vcery aware of your food choices. Just follow your doctors advice, eat sensibly (you need to give energy to two now). One things for sure....your body will give…

She has been having terrific pain even though she has been on very strong pain medicines. So I have been doing a lot of stress/crazy eating. I weighed on Saturday…
  • Hello where is everyone? Good job to all of you that are "just doing it." I need a big push for my exercise. Just can't seem to get up and out. Depression....not sure? Keep up the journey and smile and feel good about yourself. :smooched:
