I am new to this and have been slacking for the last 4 months. I will start on January 5th if I can join and will set a 20 mile goal and hope to go over. It is very cold and I do not have a treadmill, or exercycle. I will try to wear my writst step counter and see what I can do. Hope it is OK to join late.0

How do you make one of the tickers to track your distance? Do you change your weight loss and keep track of miles instead?0

Jan. 1 - 9 miles biking + 2 Treadmill =11 miles 139 to go
Jan. 2 - 5 miles Treadmill =16 miles 134 to go
Jan. 3 - 2 miles walk = 18 miles 132 to go.
Jan. 4- 5miles walking/treadmill=23miles 127 to go.0 -
My goal for January (this time with exercise ticker, hopefully...fingers crossed if it works...) is 50 miles.
