I quit using this book too... 6.5 years down, and counting!! Do it!!! Even if it does put on a couple of kilos, isn't that better than not being around to count the calories??? Good luck. x

Hey mate. I know when I was only consuming 1260 cals a day I wasn't losing, and now I've upped to 1430 I am losing heaps (nearly a kg a week). Maybe you are more active than what you have recorded in your goals. That was my problem. Maybe try changing that in your goal section and see if it ups your cals??? I'm no expert…

Happens to me, but I find it helps when I carry hand weights. Just 500g each, so not heavy, but encourages your hands to squeeze and your arms to pump while bent. Does that make sense??? It helps with toning too! If you haven't got weights, carry a couple if tins of veg. You would be amazing what even a little weight would…

I dont know how accurate this info is, but I read somewhere that there are certain foods that help you burn fat too, eg avocado, capsicum, nuts etc. They are high in calories though too, so you cant win!!! ;) Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
