I'm starting it today!! I just finished her 30 Day Slim Down Plan yesterday. Will you guys be doing 6 week 6 Pack everyday? I'm going to be combining it with some of her other DVDs. Hopefully we'll all see some great results!! Good luck everyone!!

I'm in the same boat. I've only had one baby but I gained 84 pounds with her. My tummy looks ok as long as I'm standing up, but when I bend over or sit down, there is all this saggy, spongy skin that just kind of hangs down. Kinda gross.....i know! So, I am also looking for any suggestions!

I've also taken Paxil and Zoloft. I haven't had an issue with losing weight on either one, but I know everyone is different. And if I'm not mistaken, weight gain is a side effect of the anti-anxiety meds. Hope you can get throught this! Good luck!!!

I use my heart rate monitor to record my calories burned, but before I had that, I logged the 30 DS as Circuit Training, General. Hope that helps!! ANd all of you are sooo right....Jillian Michael's kicks butt!!!!

I had an awful stomach bug over the weekend so I'm going to start the challenge over today. I'm still not feeling 100% but since the first 2 days are fairly easy I'm going to go ahead and start today. Hope everyone is doing well!!

Ready to do 30DS here in a little while. I weighed in at 124.6 this morning. As far as heart rate monitors go, I got the Polar F6 off amazon.com for aroud $85. You can get them at stores like Academy if you don't mind paying a little more. Hope everyone has a great day!!

I guess i should have mentioned what days the Quick Trouble Zones replaces No More Trouble Zones. It says Days:6,10,15,23,25 and 28 are QTZ instead of NMTZ. I'll probably be doing the quicker one to save some time!! I'm excited to get started with y'all!

I noticed on the Exercise TV website that some of the days where you have listed "No More Trouble Zones" it shows "Quick Trouble Zones" which is actually the "NMTZ" DVD but without the floor work. Does that make sense?? I think that makes it seem a little more do-able for me! Thinking about 2 hours of working out kinda…
