  • I always wear underwear. Also a sports bra AND a very tight crop. They bounce!
  • I eat 1200, I'm perfectly happy. :P I do understand the maths of it and why most people eat more/eat back their exercise calories, but I'm a big believer in to each their own. I plan to eat 1200 most days, when appropriate, until I reach my goal. I've lost 35kg/80lb doing this, so I know it works. I'm rarely hungry, often…
  • My housemate and I have a pretty good looking fridge, although a little bare. Usually reasonably healthy, predominantly mushrooms, her meat, my fruit, broccoli, chutney/pickles, eggs and two different milks. Needs a clean.

  • I guess I never got the big deal with breakfast. I eat it, because I like to, but what does it matter if you don't? You haven't eaten since say 8pm, what's it matter if you don't for a few more hours? Edited to add: I eat less calories when I eat breakfast later. If I eat it super early, I'm hungry again at 10am and…
  • Throw a handful in a paper bag and microwave until it stops popping. Done.
  • He probably needs to be eating more than that because he's young and is still growing much more rapidly than an 18 year old, when we're usually pretty well grown. I don't have the answers and neither does MFP, that's why the rule is in place. However, maybe you should go to see a nutritionist, they will tell you how many…
  • Yes, I weigh every day and like others, record when there's a loss. I do record gains eventually, if I've fallen off the wagon, but not day to day fluctuations. I like weighing every day, it helps me catch myself before I go too far in the wrong direction.
