  • Hi! I’m 7 week pregnant. Due Feb 2020. My goals are to continue to eat healthy and take long walks, like I was doing when I was trying to conceive. I was struggling with PCOS too and still have more weight to lose, so I’m hoping not to gain any weight this pregnancy. I’ve already lost 5 lbs since I found out I was pregnant…
  • This is my 2nd pregnancy and I’m now 7 weeks in. Due the first week in Feb 2020. I lost 50+ lbs this year, which really helped get my body in a healthy state to conceive. I’m still quite a bit overweight and expect to keep losing weight, even during this pregnancy, just by continuing with my healthier lifestyle. I had…
  • I also see NEGATIVE Fitbit calorie adjustments in your exercise diary. This means that if you burn fewer calories in Fitbit than MFP's resting burn rate, that your Fitbit is penalizing you. For example, let's say MFP estimates that you burn 2,000 calories a day, given the activity level that you selected in your Diet…
  • Are you logging additional exercise with MFP that then transfers over to Fitbit? What I noticed with mine is that when I log additional exercise, it overwrite the calories burned in Fitbit with the calories from MFP, instead of adding them together. For example, Fitbit tells me I burn 20 calories in a 15 minute period with…
  • Hi Callie! I'm adding you as a friend. I also have 100+ lbs still to lose. It's hard for me too as my life is pretty sedentary. I try to get active by joining a bowling league and taking walks. Try to start a new hobby that gets you moving! My fiance is a chef and he helps me prepare my meals, so feel free to look at my…
  • Hi! I'm also a bride to be. I sent you a friend request. I finally started my weight loss journey. That was a big step for me. The hard part now is, when should I set a date and start to plan my wedding? I have over 100 lbs still to lose :-(
  • Hi! I started my weight loss journey (again) 3 weeks ago. Already 17 lbs down. I still have another 100+ pounds to go. I haven't found my motivation to work out yet, but I take walks and eat really healthy. My fiancé is a chef and he's been really supportive and prepares my meals with me I log my food every day and have an…
  • How long has your weight loss been in a plateau? If it's the week before your period, you may be retaining water and "gaining" water weight at the same time that you're losing weight from fat, which would show as 0 weight loss on the scale. However, as soon as your period starts, you should lose that weight immediately.
  • New start for me. I log every day. 10lbs, 10 days. Love sending and receiving support, so feel free to add me!
  • I've lost 5 x 2 so far this month. 5x5 is a big challenge... I'll have to start working out to get there, but it's possible if I really bust my butt. Add me as a friend if you want to help motivate me to lose 5x5 this month!
  • I've got over 100 lbs to lose too. It took me over a year to find my motivation again, but now I'm ready. I'm going to take it one day at a time. One good choice at a time. Would love to have more friends on here so we can support each other.
  • I need new friends too! I'm 5 days in and 7 lbs down. I got engaged a year ago and am putting off wedding planning until I can get down to a healthy weight. I've finally reached a point in my life where I can focus on ME and begin my weight loss journey. I would love inspiration and support from friends trying to lose…
