  • Actually cardio is the main mode of exercise to shed belly fat. Toning and crunches will create muscle but wont show until the layer of fat is gone which is what cardio and eating clean help get rid of.
  • Ugh I have the exact same issue... What I've been told is that your abs are made in the kitchen... so I guess just try to avoid sugary foods and sodium. Also cardio is the key exercise to losing belly fat. Good luck!

  • Thanks! Yea earlier in the day I had blue menu vegetarian chili, and then about 20 minutes ago I had Vegetable and Chickpea Cous Cous with a few slices of Beets. Overall healthy options (in my opinion) but added together its quite a bit of carbs.
  • As a Vegan I take a multivitam as well as Bvitamin supplements & have never experienced this! Certain cough medicines have this effect on me. Weird but interesting to know!
  • You should try the eat more to lose more method. It worked for me - its scary at first cause you think its counter active, but that's how I got out of my plateau and started losing my last 10lbs. There are better sources to explain how you do this properly if anyone wants to tackle the tast.
  • Most people have told me it's very important to eat back your calories - however I think that as long as you feel satisfied there is no justification in eating when you're not hungry. Your body will let you know when it needs food.
  • Thanks guys! Yes Im not being to hard on myself.. i know its bad to make excuses but i only had a 3 hour sleep and had to work all day so i think that has something to do with my lack of control! A little delirious ! Tomorrow I am back on my clean foods diet and exercise routines :)
  • eat all of your workout calories! Once i started doing that i got out of my rut ...when you dont eat enough, even if you're not hungry, you begin to keep all of your calories because your body thinks its starving so just eat the calories that are given to you :) good luck

  • I am on here to loose 10 lbs too! ive lost 7 pounds so far annnd i couldnt get past 5lbs until i upped my calorie to make sure i was eating the amount i was supposed to so i suggest you eat the 100 cals even if its just for the sake of eating.... when you starve yourself from the intake you dont lose weight... and starving…
