If you are exercising and building muscle, that could be why your weight hasn't changed much. It seems like I read somewhere that muscle actually weighs more than fat. But it sure looks better on us doesn't it ? :happy: Keep up the great work, eventually the scale WILL show it !

Your body does seem to get used to a higher water intake over time and the trips to the bathroom slow down a bit.......either way drinking enough has too many benefits to let trips to the bathroom stop you from keeping it up.

You should only count plain water toward your water intake. Drinks with sweeteners or flavors added shouldn't count - your body has to work more to break those down and use the actual water content in them. Fast food is such a rip off ! Not only do they charge too much, they are costing us more than just money when we go there - even most of their so called "light" or reduced fat items are still very high in calories, fat, and SODIUM! And NO nutritional value to most of their choices. Just not worth the convenience.
