um i am accurate and honest with my food i measure everything out hense why as you can see i usually dont get 1400 calories even eating 3 meals and some snacks and ive tried upping my calories and i still dont lose weight i am losing weight just slower and i stall alot

i have 3 meals today and maybe a snack later and im probally gonna hit 800 something no matter how hard i try i never hit many and then somedays i go way over

i did all the work and pre classes and had my gastric bypass scheduled for Oct 24 and i called 6 days before and chickened out and i am glad i did i did not start my life change then actually took me 4 months later but here i am doing it on my own 32 lbs down. with that said getting the gastric bypass s not the easy way…

it happened during i did 50 i was trying to start the 30 day squat challange and no i had never done them before this i am very unexperianced

i have it but no due to any injury some people just get it hugs

it picks things you have looked up etc like on facebook i alwys get fitbit,diet stuff kids stuff and anything else i look up it has to do with your cookies

i am having the same problem days i cant meet my calorie goal but eat all 3 meals although yesterday and today i have not been hungry at all an donly logged under 700 calories the past 2 days

i am addicted to pepsi i have cut down drastically from where i was at but still have 1 or 2 12 oz a day soon i am hoping one day i can just say no and never look back i deff need to drink more water i drink a small ammount a day do you like water?

i am not really sure i mean i know frozen meales are processed but i dont know how to pick the right foods ive been just tryna stay at calorie goal and under fat

i actually saw a recipe 2 days ago and made it last night using either fat free mozzarella cheese or a mozzarella cheese stick reduced fat put it in the middle of the wanton add small amount of spaghetti sauce and fold and bake for 15 minutes on 400 and it taste like pizza so good gonna do it for lunch today

well i have a binge eating issue and a head issue which i am working on all the past times i limited my fat to below 10 g a day and anything that had fat in it i would think i would gain a million lbs from i am only eating 100 callories less then what 1 site said i should be

i chose 1,200 for a few reasons 1 being ive been doing the weight loss battle for a most of my life and ive tried different calories and this one has me loose the most . if i put in my wight etc 1 site says 1,368 so not to far off

what kind of things do you eat on your diet to stay below 1200 do you eat snack if so what types i am still learning when it comes to this
