i am not exactely new to the site but i dont use it as much as i should my name is Becky i am 27 with 4 kids ages 7,5,3,1 i just celebrated my 9th wedding anniversary yesterday. I started a diet on June 26th and have lost 44lbs since then. i was 255 and now i am 211 my goal is 150lbs .. nice to meet you all

You should def. use the site more often. I mean, you're doing great. You did all by yourself and wow! That's very inspiring.
But what's really great about myfitnesspal.com is that there are many people like you struggling their way to lose weight. & this can motivate you! Also you can keep track of your calorie intake!

You can reach 150 lbs for sure! I know it!
