  • I have been eatting sugar free jello puddings that are very tasty. One kind is creme brulee rice pudding. Another too are caramel creme mouse and chocolate creme mousee.

  • I love Zumba too. I have a fitness class at my work that got me into it. Yes it is hard at first, but you get use to it and more flexible.   • I enjoy Vitamin Water too. I can only get 10 or 20 calorie in Canada. The US has the zero. I am trying to drink more regular water and just drink vitamin water as a treat. I just bought them for $1 each at Wal-Mart, but bottled water is cheaper.

  • I'm a Zumba Addict after starting in March at my work. I attend twice a week and now have Zumba Fitness for my Wii. I have a Zumba track jacket and Zumba pants. I love going to a fitness class again as I enjoy working out. It is so much better than going to the gym. I do sweat a lot and work hard. Yay for Zumba. :)
