i love htp and melatonin 1 hr before bed. I sleep like a baby. I feel like I am floating on clouds as I drift off to sleep. I used to have anxiety attacks and this has helped alot.

I shower in the am when I get up. work out around 5 am and shower again. I think that it helps to relax and wake up the muscles. It is a routine I believe in. I am one that tends to need alot of warm up so I feel that the hot water hitting my legs and back helps.

dude, you should be getting shredded at that rate of calorie intake. Based on your height, weight and age, with sedentary tendencies your TDEE is around 2000 calories a day. if your doing insanity and eating around 1500 you should be dropping like crazy. you need to re evaluate what your eating and how your tracking it.
