HIIT

Options
I wanted to try some HIIT (high intenity interval training) workouts, but I am not sure where to begin. Can anyone give me some advice? Or maybe come up with a daily plan that I could start with. I'm a beginner and I'm not sure where to start.

ZWOW exercises on YouTube are great hiit routines! Hiit is by far the best type of exercise to lose weight or to stay in shape with minimal gym time.

    battling ropes

    jump squats

    sprints

    kettle bell swings

    jump rope

variety or step moves using a step and a couple risers

anything to get your heart rate up for that time frame

depending on your condition you probably want to start with 30-45 seconds of work with 30-45 seconds of rest and repeat for a 30 minute workout

once you get stronger then you can do a minute or two work with 30-45 seconds of rest
