Man o'man - Sick for a few weeks and my body decided to hold on to everything and find some! . Don't remember this happening so quick when I was younger! Back at it.

@Askwerj - A zwift ride would be great. I ride very early...4:30 - 5:00 am (Eastern Time) Also Thanks for suggestion on tablet holder. @sijomial - Sounds perfect....unless it prevents you from getting to the wine

For those of you riding indoor trainers... Does anyone have a shelf in front of their bike for Ipad or such? I have seen one from Wahoo but its pricey so looking for suggestions or solutions you have found. I currently have my Ipad on a shelf beside me

I continue to drink, I'm a vodka guy, while loosing weight. I continue to loose, but no notice it is slower. I try to make sure if I drink, I have healthy snacks around...like grapes, or else things can get bad real fast :)

Every morning. I use a wifi scale and send the info to trendweight which I use to look at what is really happening via the trend in Weight, BF, and Lean Mass

I went through the same thoughts. And went with a road bike because I could use it indoors and out. Currently it is on a trainer and I use ZWIFT and TrainerRoad. Both excellent at improving my fitness, and riding as well as making my time on the trainer fly by. After using both, I find myself using ZWIFT more...great…

someone commented I now have a waist

Yup - how is it humanly possible to put on so much weight so quick??? Seriously like 8 pounds in a few days. Has to be a broken scale and NOTHING to do with the cookies, pies, ice cream and alcohol. Grrrrr. To the gym I head
-
Last few days I saw the scale go the wrong direction! I hate this scale addiction!! Honestly martini's haven't helped but now for the gym!

I just tried a pair of "Bone Conduction" earphones and I loved them. They don't go in your ear so I could still hear so it was weird, but they sounded great and weren't too expensive....under $100 I think. they are wireless Bluetooth. Has anyone else tried them?

I know the feeling of loosing motivation. I cook on sundays...or any day I have spare time.. and portion everything out for a few days. So when I leave, I grab a container of protein, a container of starchy carb and a veggie and through it in my cooler. That is the only way I can do it.....so far

Ugh..... Gave into the cookie crack. I can hear them calling through out the office. I struggle with an all or nothing mentality and trying hard to kick it! Moving on...not the end of the world. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!
