I doubt I will do more today, but maybe if I feel up to it. This was done in two sessions. I felt completely wiped after the first session, which I normally don't. Usually exercise gets me going. The second session I basically forced myself to do, and I feel great after it. Now back to work.

Goal for the month is 257 miles (strange number is to get me up to 4000 miles for 2016).
Did an odd indoor workout today, watched a game of rugby while doing a two hour low intensity ride and then did a 3 min max power test. Maybe a two hour "warmup" was a little excessive!

Felt really alien to be cycling outdoors again! Wind noise - constant gear changing - steering! What's that all about?

Unusually hands didn't suffer from the cold too much but feet were frozen. It's surprisingly difficult to walk properly when you can't feel your feet.....
120 miles so far this month, 46 outdoors and 74 indoors mostly on WattbikePro. Been playing with the Wattbike hub phone app, interesting and the fitness tests are challenging.
137 miles left to hit my goal for the year.
TT on WattbikePro - 23 miles.
Managed another outdoor ride in cold and foggy conditions - 36 miles.
Cardio warmup / warmdown cycling to the gym and back - 6 miles.
85 miles for the week, 205 miles for the month.
Just 52 miles to go to each my year goal now.
The TT was to hit a personal power output goal I've been chasing for over a year, it's taken that long to improve 2.5%. Oh the joys of being an old fart.
Three more indoor training sessions on the WattbikePro saw me hit 276 miles for the month but more importantly ticked off my goal for the year:

Went out for a brisk & chilly 60 miler today to stretch the megameter (1000KM) streak to 6 months. Hadn't ridden much in colder weather as I'm visiting family further north and regretted not digging around more for my biking gloves.
