i train in the am, sometimes as early as 4, depending on my work schedule. Training while fasted with maybe just a cup of coffee in you has some great benefits on insulin and GH, i have been finding. bump. i notice for me that if my carbs are much higher than my protein, i get hungrier. and if i eat more small meals as opposed to two or three large meals, i feel hungrier. try bumping up your protein intake at the expensive of carbs, and see if that helps. and tons of water.
