    Tuesday mornings right after I get to work. I wear the same outfit and shoes every Tuesday. I don't eat or drink anything until I've weighed in.

    Every morning morning, I use the toilet, strip down, and hop on the scale. I only record the weight once a week, though.

    I personally find standing on the scales normally works lol!!

    Actually you'll find almost all of us do it the same way, the right way; morning, nude, after going to the washroom 1x a week to avoid influxes getting you down.
