I have a Ninja too and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I wanted a Vita Mix but the $$$$ was prohibitive. the Ninja is great and a lot less money.

For me, I gave it up completely. I think that drinking it lead to sugar cravings and caused me to eat a whole lot more. I have not had a Diet Coke since I started MFP and I have to say that I feel a lot better. That is probably due to eating better, but I can honestly say that I have been much better about food choices…

Agree with this. Most likely coming from some sort of nerve entrapment at shoulder elbow or hand. How long do you run before it comes on? How long does it last? How long does it take to go away? Have you ever had neck problems?

One of my go to breakfasts is: 1/2 c vanilla yogurt 1c blueberries or blackberries or strawberries 1/2 c multigrain cherrios Mix all together.. super yummy and super filling and low calorie!!
