I have heard different ways of doing this! I have heard 10 days for each of the levels, but in the video she says to progress when you are ready. So what should I do?

The 30 day shred is a 3-2-1 interval circuit training video with Jillian Michaels. I love it! It has easy to do steps but kicks your butt. I got it for 9 bucks at target, give it a try. Good Luck.
