I have also noticed that some people just like to eat back all of their exercise calories and so sometimes they only are allowed 1800 cals that day but then the next day they get a 90 min hardcore workout in and out of nowhere their required cals jumps to 2500.

My bf always tells me to eat bananas when this happens to me. Whether it works or not, I have no idea and while he is physically fit and built, he doesnt workout lol so I dont know how he would know this or why he knows this. Oh I love them! I am not a runner or anything. I try to just do cardio and weights at the gym but it always loosens the knots in my calves and lengthens my legs. My personal trainer had me doing them and it has been one of my fav forms of stretching since!!
